Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For personalized or custom needlepoint orders, please allow 8-12 weeks for our artisans to complete your unique piece.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, non-customized items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached. Custom designs and monogrammed products are final sale.
How do I care for my needlepoint belt or accessory?
To clean your needlepoint, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging the leather trim in water and use a leather conditioner to maintain the suppleness of the leather accents.
Can I request a custom design for my organization?
Yes, we specialize in custom orders for clubs, schools, and corporate gifts. Minimum order quantities apply for custom designs; please contact our custom sales team for a quote.

How do I determine the correct belt size?
