Returns & Exchanges

At Smathers & Branson, we take pride in our needlepoint quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for convenient printing at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your needlepoint products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
